An Important Update Regarding Arloa’s AI IEP Service

To our wonderful community of educators and families,

Arloa has made the difficult decision to shut down our AI IEP offering. This was not an easy choice, but a combination of shifting regulatory landscapes (including recent DOE and HHS decisions) and the loss of critical infrastructure support has brought us to this point.

​

Specifically, Microsoft informed us last year that they would no longer be offering the same level of support via the Microsoft for Startups/AI For Good program we initially signed up for (a 95% reduction for us specifically). Over the past 12 months, our team has worked tirelessly to find alternative solutions to absorb these infrastructure costs. Ultimately, we’ve had to face the reality that we can no longer provide a high-quality, compliant service at a price point that remains accessible for our existing and new customers.

We are incredibly proud of the impact we’ve made together, and we want to extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who trusted us to support their IEP journey.
